About Us

BILCO CORPORATION was founded in November 2013 amidst the devastating impact of Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines. Driven by a compassionate initiative, the founder mobilized the Filipino Community in Beijing to collect relief goods for the victims, in collaboration with the Embassy, marking a successful humanitarian effort. The overwhelming positive response and inquiries that followed within three months laid the foundation for the establishment of BILCo.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Shipments transported by land, air, or ocean are covered by comprehensive insurance against all risks of physical loss or damage triggered by external causes, without regard to percentage. However, this coverage is subject to exceptions outlined in the FC&S Paramount Warranty of this policy. There will be a company’s standard policy terms herein, and any relevant special commodity terms and deductibles as specified below.

Shipments of household goods and personal effects are protected against all risks of loss or damage caused by external factors, except for specific exclusions detailed in the policy.
The 300 RMB deposit is non-refundable, however, it is transferable to another individual.
The Super Box has a maximum weight capacity of 90 kg. Overloaded or bulky boxes will incur a penalty of 500 RMB.
LED TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, treadmills, washing machines, bicycles, sofas, scooters, gym equipment, and other large, heavy items are subject to duties and taxes as prescribed by the Philippine Bureau of Customs.
The consignee is required to accurately declare all items in each box. In the event of confiscation during customs inspection resulting from undisclosed items, Bilco will not be held liable for any associated charges or delays.
Breakage is at the consignee's risk. Proper packing is essential to mitigate any potential damage.
We do not provide delivery services to remote areas or designated no-delivery zones, including critical or hazardous locations and isolated islands.
The following items are strictly prohibited from being placed inside balikbayan boxes: jewelry (both original and fake), money/coins/currencies, medicine/ointments, acid batteries, knives, COVID-related medical items, guns, explosive items, fertilizers, engine pumps, welding machines, generators, fire extinguishers, chainsaws, and construction-related materials. Any confiscation or loss during shipment due to the inclusion of these items will not render Bilco liable.
